All pipes may lead to Perryville. The Barnett is mature and the Marcellus is budgeted, but the Haynesville Shale is the next big play. The same independents that turned the Barnett into a natural gas factory have already acquired acreage in the Haynesville and Bossier shales in Louisiana and Texas. Interstate and intrastate pipelines are following them and storage operators have not been far behind.
